FREE Block Therapy Classes

Each month, Block Therapy offers a free class or series to anyone with the Sampler or Starter Program. 

All you need to do is log into your account and follow along to the classes as they happen. You can access classes for 24 hours after they end. 

Anyone with a membership can then access these classes in the members area indefinitely. 

November's Free class is the Pronator Corrector Series (No Block Needed)


From Deanna: This is such an important and impactful series, and as I am always referring people to do this, I wanted to share it again for everyone to receive the benefits.

The foundation of the body is a direct cause site for everything that happens up the chain. Whether standing or walking, the collapse that occurs at the ankle joints will pull the fascia down, and affect you all the way to the top of the head. Also, the way this collapse manipulates the bones in the feet will also be a major contributor to pain and dysfunction with every step you take.

Class Spotlight - All Things Shoulders

Have you ever experienced shoulder pain, tension or injuries?

We use our shoulders day in and day out, often out of alignment. This can lead to excessive wear and tear and result in injuries such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issues, joint pain, loss of range of motion and much more. 

Luckily, we have a series for that! The All Things Shoulders Series leads you through 90 minutes of Shoulder Postures and alignment training to release, align and strengthen these critical joints! This 3-part series addresses the shoulder joint and surrounding area. Beginner and advanced variations are shown for some positions. This will not only affect shoulder alignment, but will also benefit heart and lung health as you release tension on the ribcage, as well as benefit alignment and flow to the head and neck.

Each class is 30 minutes in length and can be done one at a time, or if you feel up for it, completed all at once! 

Anyone with a Block Therapy Membership can access this series under the 15-30 minute class section. 

If you have a Starter Program but haven't used your 14 day free trial to the members area, maybe now is the time!
