Manage Pain, reduce tension & improve mobility so you can do the things you love

Living in pain is not really living. It's exhausting. Each day you wonder if it will be a decent day or a bad day.

In the background you worry that it's never going away.

The pain is frustrating and limiting; you can't move like you once did, exercise, go for long walks or engage with those close to you.

Coupled with the fear that something will make it worse, you feel stuck, isolated and lonely.

Overall I notice a significant improvement in daily pain from 9 months ago....from an 11 back then to a 2 or 3 out of 10 now (some days even a 1!)

I suffered from a sore back for most of my adult life. I blamed it on how much I sit for my job and felt like I couldn’t do much about it. I was blown away how just a couple sessions of block therapy had my pain significantly reduce and had me standing taller. I love how the sessions are almost meditative and also help me align my mind not just my body. I’m so grateful for stumbling across Justin.

I have had chronic lower back pain for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried everything in the past but found myself always back in the same place in regards to pain and poor mobility. After trying block therapy for only 2 sessions I can already feel a difference in my lower back.

I'm new to Block Therapy but it's changed my life. After my first 2 sessions I have slept more restful than I have in years. My posture has improved so much that I had to readjust my rearview mirror. For someone who has spent thousands of dollars on massage and chiropractic work, this is astounding to me.

In October 2020, Justin introduced me to Block Therapy. To say that it has changed my life would be an understatement.

I’ve dealt with chronic pain for 30+ years and this is the first modality to create long-lasting results at a deep tissue level.

Plus my body reacted quickly. I noticed a big difference in neck and shoulder pain after just 3-4 days of blocking!

Over the years, I’ve tried many other methods to manage pain (chiropractic, massage, physio, acupuncture, reiki; etc), but none had a lasting effect like the block.

Today, I use no other treatments.

The best part for me is that I feel empowered and in control versus feeling powerless and at the mercy of my pain. Block Therapy has given me my life back as well as the means to be my own healer!
