Connect to your Breath

Calm the Mind

When your body is relaxed, open and spacious and  your breath is deep, your mind automatically slows down to help you feel centered  during and after the workshop.

Fascia is quickly taking center stage in the health world.

Its critical importance as a connector of all cells and systems in the body is finally being recognized as essential for long term health and vitality.

Ironically, fascia is a mystery to most people even though it's the most abundant tissue in the entire body!

Its interaction with muscles, bones, joints, nerves, lymphatics, blood vessels, the gut and so much more ultimately determines how you function, feel and look.

Hey Justin! I really enjoyed your workshop yesterday and I truly hope this is offered regularly in town.

I definitely feel like this is something I need to incorporate into my routine . I feel so much tightness in my neck and shoulders, and I think this could really make a huge difference.

Thanks again for yesterday!

If you are interested in feeling better now and well into the future, consider the health of your fascia.

Failure to do so will force you to work harder and harder with less and less benefit.

I saw a workshop for Block Therapy  at my yoga studio but had no idea what it was but was curious enough to sign up. I'm so glad I did! I knew after one class it would be a game changer.

Feet in Bathtub

"Good morning Justin. I just needed to reach out and let you know what I experienced (after only 1 workshop with you).

I usually wake up stiff and in pain in the mornings. The plantar surface of my feet, I'd wake up limping and the heels would be in pain. I didn't have those symptoms!!! I'm looking forward to using the Block daily! "

"Really enjoyed your workshop yesterday. I’ve been dealing with a bit of pain from a car accident several years ago and recently did an assessment with Beth Volk (Glow Fitness) to work on releasing muscle tension. She recommended I try your course and I can say I found it fantastic. So thank you for introducing me to a new way to help heal my body. Looking forward to continue practicing it."

Your Facilitator

Prior to finding out about Block Therapy in 2013 I was tense, tight and stressed My body was ageing quicker than I would have liked, presenting aches, pains, chronic stiffness, poor movement and slow recovery.

Regular massages, chiropractic adjustments and other holistic approaches helped but the downward spiral continued.

When I tried Block Therapy for the first time, I was blown away by the amount of pressure and tension I felt in my body.

Since then I've been able to release years of pain and tension, improve my posture, digestion, stress levels, breath, flexibility, mobility and more!  I have come to see health and ageing in a whole new light.

My passion for this work lead me to become the first certified Block Therapy Instructor in Northern Alberta. Since then I've had the pleasure of introducing hundreds of people in Fort McMurray to this life changing practice in weekly classes, private sessions and 1:1custom programs.

I'm excited to be back with the first workshop of 2023 - happening at Mac Island!

I look forward to seeing you there!
